Included in the Buckingham Palace display will be The Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, which was a wedding gift to Princess Victoria Mary of Teck, later Queen Mary, on the occasion of her marriage to the future King George V in 1893. Queen Mary gave the tiara to her granddaughter, Princess Elizabeth, as a wedding present on the occasion of her marriage to Prince Philip on 20 November 1947.

I greatly enjoyed this tour, thanks to Lesley and our driver, Moe. Lesley was an excellent guide. She has the perfect demeanor to be one. You could tell that she’s been doing this for long coz she was such a pro. I never felt rushed and everything was clearly explained. This tour had the right amount of activity for the day. I was able to appreciate everything we did including the delicious lunch at the Harte and Garter hotel. I highly recommend this tour. The personal audio headset was a nice inclusion as well.
