Gerard Holguin was our VIP Ambassador for our tour. For two hours plus, the three of us learned so much about the history of the building, architecture, politics, restoration and the neighborhood around it. His long career and pride made this a very intimate and thoughtful adventure. He was familiar with some of the famous people who also visited the ESB. Nice start with champagne and snacks, and a gift bag at the end. Everyone working in the building knew and respected him and we were able to see some extra things! We didn’t have to wait to see anything and got priority on the elevators. It is a bit pricey but it was a tour of a life time. Unforgettable. We highly recommend this tour with Gerald!!!
